● Payments: All payments for services must be made in full before or at the

time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via

Debit card, credit card, cash and offer financing options.

● Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours, you may

incur a cancellation fee. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

service. To ensure that all patients receive timely and personalized attention, we

ask for your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and refund policies.

1. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

● Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any

cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your

scheduled appointment will result in a $35 fee.

 

● No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior

notice will result in a charge of [insert amount, e.g., full treatment cost].

2. Refunds

● Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits for services are non-refundable,

except in cases where the service cannot be rendered due to

circumstances beyond your control.

● Refund Eligibility: If a treatment does not meet the expected standards or

if we are unable to perform the service, we will offer a partial or full refund,

depending on the circumstances.

3. Modification of Services

If you need to modify a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hours

prior to your appointment to discuss alternative arrangements.
